Software engineers at thermondo are usually having one of these 3 positions: Junior Software Engineer, Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer. You will be hired according to your current experience and skill level. If we recognize after hiring that a developer exceeds the expectations of their current position, we do not hesitate to promote that developer.

We want our developers to advance in their career (provided they want it as well) and encourage them to grow their skills. We make sure we give developers the support and training they need in order to advance on their career path.

Even though you will join a certain team, it does not mean that your development skills will be restricted to certain technologies. For example, as a backend developer you might also write frontend code and vice versa. If you want to switch teams it’s possible as long as circumstances allow it.
