With a yearly budget we have the possibility to attend a conference and/or training. This enables us to learn state of the art technologies and be part of the community.

Knowledge transfer

Anyone can share what he/she learned during the last project or just something exciting and helpful for others. The presenter can send a calendar invite for the team and prepare something to present.
